Malachi Halliday is passionate about supporting start-ups and small business. To this end, Malachi’s primary business interest is a forfaiting business actively providing working capital solutions to start ups and SMEs in UAE. This business supports start-ups and SMEs both directly and through a white label model. As an impact investor, additional focus is given to the underlying sustainability of the business when investing directly.

Malachi also serves as Non-executive Director for several small businesses and is a requested guest speaker on sustainable investment and doing business in the UAE.

In Malachi’s previous businesses he has been involved at every level including overseeing investments, client management, service delivery and capital raising. His clients have flown Malachi to many global locations from Sydney to San Juan, from Koolyanobbing to Kuala Lumpur, to carry out many functions ranging across incorporation, due diligence inbound/outbound investment closing.

In his personal life, Malachi is a proud Director of the Rotary Cosmopolitan Dubai club. Rotary Cosmopolitan Dubai is a growing community focused on friendship, professional networking and community service. For example, Rotary Cosmopolitan Dubai participated in the delivery of 50,000 meals in under 5 hours, a world record, in 2021.
